Our symptoms, whether they are emotional or physical, are messages showing us what is out of balance in our bodies and in our lives. As a counselling psychologist with 12 year’s experience, I address these symptoms through a variety of therapeutic practices according to the needs of the client. These include cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, psychodynamic and person-centred therapy as well as integral eye movement therapy (IEMT).
